TopPalomas is a private intermediation platform for the sale and auction of racing pigeons between registered and validated users. The platform does not sell or buy animals directly.
3. Conditions of access
Access to the platform is subject to prior registration. The ability to place bids or publish auctions requires validation by the administrators. The administrators may suspend or cancel accounts that breach the terms of use.
4. Intellectual property
The design, logos and original content of TopPalomas are protected by intellectual property rights. Content published by users (photos, pigeon descriptions) is the responsibility of its authors.
